SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16 BY SENATOR BUNDE,                                                    
                                                                                                    
         Encouraging the federal government to end the                                              
         federal subsidy of ethanol, and requesting the                                             
         Congress of the United States to mandate that land                                         
         currently used to grow corn for the production of
